SHIPPING:
Please allow 14 business days {M-F} plus shipping for your order to be fulfilled. All items are sent uninsured via USPS First Class mail. If you have any concerns about delivery times or the status of an order, please do not hesitate to contact us.
If the item is damaged or lost in transit Antlers & Bows is NOT held responsible.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES:
We do not offer refunds. If you need a different size, we will be happy to make the exchange which will include a $3 restock fee. In addition the item must be returned in its ORIGINAL state. If we feel that they are NOT in a sellable state, we will not accept them for exchange. Please know that you will be responsible for the shipping charges for the return.
Due to the handmade nature of our product it is therefore quite difficult if not impossible to make an identical product as shown in our photo. Handmade products are subject to color variations. The pictures may not be identical to the product you receive. By purchasing this product online, you agree with this disclaimer.
